The heating element is made of iron-chromium-aluminum high-resistance electric heating alloy (0cr25Al5) wound into a spiral and placed on the high-strength refractory brick in the furnace. And according to the needs of users, increase the protective atmosphere or change to tilt the furnace door to strengthen the sealing. The temperature control system adopts a position type temperature control cabinet or a thyristor temperature control cabinet. The product has the advantages of fast heating, good heat preservation, precise control, significant energy saving, safe and reliable use.
